This scheme is called “Bharat JanKalyan Yojna”.

More about the scheme – Bharat Jan Kalyan Yojana has been started by MP government in which Jan Kalyan Suvidha Kendra will be opened and groceries will be provided at lesser prices. This scheme will provide ration and grocery items at cheaper rates to middle class and poor people. Under the scheme good quality ration will be provided to the poor people of the state.
Through this scheme, employment will be boosted in the area. The scheme will employ people from backward and economically challenged backgrounds. One director and two people will be employed at each convenience store, such that 3 people will be employed at one time.

Objective of the scheme – The main objective of the scheme is to being the employment rates up and to provide better quality grocery products to economically disadvantaged group.
Special discount feature of the scheme – A special discount from 20% to 50% will be provided. This is an exclusive feature of the scheme; this will allow people and middle-class people to afford the branded things at subsidized rates. There will be a fixed discount on every product. To avail the groceries, people will have to make cards. To obtain the card, residents will have to go to the convenience store and give their ID card and photocopy of Aadhar card.
Through this scheme home industries will also b promoted and encouraged. If the quality by home industries is good then it will be added in the convenience store. This will promote the business of home industries. The items by home industries will be tested properly in the laboratory. If the residents make any compliant against home industry product, then the matter will be investigated properly and sales can also be stopped.

Bharat Jan Kalyan convenience stores will be opened in every district
Under the Bharat Jan Kalyan Yojana 2024, the convenience stores will be opened in every district of Madhya Pradesh so that every one in the state can have access to the stores. From the stores, residents can buy grocery items at cheaper rates. There will be a fixed discount on every item ranging from 20% to 50%. The scheme will also help in increasing the employment rates in the state. In Barwani district 100 stores will be opened and 10 stores will be opened in Sendhwa Nagar.

District Project Officer
At district level, there is one post opened for District Project Officer. The qualification required is Graduation or MBA. The age of the applicant should be between 21 years to 35 years of age. Male or female both can apply. The salary will be 18000.
Zonal officer
At block level there are two posts opened for Zonal officer. The education qualification requirement is Graduation or MBA. The age of the candidate should be between 21 to 35 years. Both male or female can apply for the post with two years of experience. The salary of the candidate will be Rs.15000.

Field officer
At Panchayat level, there is one post available for Field officer. The education qualification requirement is 12th standard. The age of the candidate should be between 21 to 35 years. Both male and female can apply with 1 year experience. The salary of the candidate will be Rs.10,000.
What is Jan Suvidha Kendra?
Jan Suvidha Kendra is a public welfare centre which will be opened in every district of MP. Under this, grocery items will be stocked and they can be purchased by the beneficiaries. The beneficiaries will have to make cards in order to get the grocery stores. To get the card, the stores will ask for ID proof and residential proof of the applicant. Apart from groceries, fertilizers, agricultural products, ayurvedic products and plant seeds will be provided. The cost of these products will be far less than the market price so that everyone can afford the product. To open the Jan Suvidha Kendra, they will have to get residency proof certificate from Gram Panchayat’s officials. Through this scheme, the standard of living of people will improve and implement rates will go high.
