Under the scheme, Manodhairya Scheme for Rape/ Acid Victims 2023, the Government of Maharashtra State is implementing to rehabilitate these women or children by giving them financial support as they suffered already a lot.
The department of Women and Child Development is working on this scheme and taking all decisions for making it work perfectly for the benefit of victims. The victims of rape and acid attack will get Rupees 1 lakh and in rare to rarest cases, they will be given 10 lakh rupees by the department. Also, the rehabilitation of victims will be carried out on the basis of their needs. The government is providing various support such as:

कुछ मुख्य बाते मनोधैर्य योजना 2023 के बारे में:
- इस योजना के तहत यह सुनिश्चित करना आवश्यक है की एसिड अटैक और रेप दे पीड़ित महिला को उस मानसिक यातना से निकला जाये जिससे वह हर रोज जूझती है। उन्हें परामर्श के लिए मनोचिक्त्सक तथा अपने शारीरक हनन के लिए वकील व् अन्य सहायता दी जाये
- इस योजना के तहत पीड़िता को आर्थिक सहायता राशि भी प्रदान की जाती है
- जिसके बाद उनके पुनर्वास के बारे में भी उन्हें उचित परामर्श दी जाती है
- इसी दिशा में पीड़िता को कम से कम १ लाख राशि की सहायता सरकार द्वारा दी जाती है और कई मामलो में उन्हें १० लाख तक भी दिए जाते है। धनराशि उनकी शारीरक और मानशिक स्तिथि के अनुसार हे प्रदान की जाती है।
This whole process comes under the Single Window System in which the process from starting to end, providing financial help have been handed to the State Level/ District Level legal service authority. It also covered the minor girls who rescued from the trafficking’s under the revised Act i.e The Immortal Traffic ( Prevention ) Act 1956.

इस योजना के अंतर्गत पीड़ित महिला या बच्चे को अधिकतम मुआवजा तब दिया जायेगा जब उसके शरीर या मुँह पर दिखाई देना वाली क्षति हो , उन पीड़ितों को भी अधिक मुआवजा देने का प्रावधान है जो की रेप अथवा एसिड अटैक की वजह से मानसिक रूप से शारारिक रूप से अक्षम होगये हों। सरकार अपनी पूरी कोशिश कर रही है उन्हें लाभ पहुंचने के लिए।
